National Training Manager:

Burger Urge, a leading fast-food chain headquartered in New Farm, Queensland, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Training Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our training and development initiatives across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of field trainers and office-based training team members.
  • Develop a comprehensive network training plan to roll out new content over the next six months, starting with the corporate venues in Windsor and extending to the franchise network.
  • Review existing training content and collaborate with relevant teams to assess the current state.
  • Oversee the planning and scoping of the training plan and rollout strategy, with the opportunity to recommend and onboard new resources.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar training and development role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and e-learning platforms is highly desirable.
  • A passion for continuous learning and a drive to stay updated with industry trends.
