The CompanyThis consulting engineering company is an Australian based success and growth story. With 12 offices locally and offices internationally, they continue to grow. As a result, they are seeking an unique Accounts Payable / Receivable Officer.

The Role
In this role you’ll assume responsibility for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. You’ll join a close team where everyone is friendly and supportive.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Management of debtors and collecting of overdues
- Use of Xero and Total Synergy
- Knowledge of AP/Credit Card AP (preferred but not essential)
- Initially 80% AR and 20% AP, moving towards 50/50 as the role grows
- Strong in Xero or Total Synergy (advantageous)
- Adept at managing debtors and collecting overdues
- Meticulous in attention to detail
- Comfortable in dealing with people at all levels
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Confident, clear and polite phone manner
- Ability to work within a close knit team environment
