Role:
We are in search of a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator. If you excel in a fast-paced setting, possess strong organizational abilities, and enjoy customer interactions, this role is tailor-made for you.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, verify, enter, and invoice purchase orders.
- Coordinate local and interstate freight bookings, ensuring seamless tracking.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and credit claims, actively pursuing payments.
- Collaborate with production and factory management to efficiently fulfill customer orders.
- Engage in B2B tele-sales with our existing customer base, fostering relationships and uncovering opportunities.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision in all tasks.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Flexibility with working hours and readiness to work additional hours if required.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Friendly demeanor suited to our 'non-corporate' office environment.
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per annum.
- Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm.
