About this opportunity:
You will be a part of a high-performing sales administration team, managing administrative function and ensuring compliance.
No day will be the same and duties will be varied in this fast-paced and supportive team.

This team are lots of fun, love to laugh and are supportive of each other, working collaboratively as a team. There is the opportunity to earn bonuses and to expand on your skillset, annual reviews and heaps of company and team outings and events.
Duties will include:
  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders - i.e. agents, conveyancers, contractors, vendors
  • Support agents from pre-listing duties through to the sale, including marketing documentation
  • Manage contracts/files and ensure compliance to both legislation and agency policy/standard
  • Administrative duties for current listings
  • Organising pre-listing kits, listing presentations, appraisal documents, and sales contracts
  • Database management and updating client records
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Ideally we are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator that brings 1 -2 years dedicated experience in this role
  • High level tech capabilities
  • High level attention to detail
  • Customer service focused
  • Switched-on, articulate and well presented
