My client is seeking a passionate Business Analyst with a knack for bridging the gap between business and IT. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping their ongoing enhancements and BAU technology initiatives.
This isn't just about documenting requirements; it's about driving delivery. You'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders across underwriting, pricing, actuaries, IT and champion user needs, whilst ensuring projects stay aligned with their strategic vision.
If you excel in streamlining processes using Excel and have a strong grasp of VBA, this role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills. You'll work hands-on with prominent technologies, shaping the delivery of key solutions that enhance their operations. Your experience in technology project delivery will be invaluable, and a working knowledge of SQL is a definite advantage in this data-driven environment.
You will play a critical role in safeguarding the quality of the technology solutions. Developing comprehensive test plans, executing rigorous testing, and collaborating with business teams to ensure seamless implementation

This is a permanent position that is Sydney CBD based, there is a hybrid working set up with three days in the office and two days remote. If you have previously worked in Insurance, then this will be a benefit.
