In this role, you'll be responsible for managing online inquiries about vehicles and ensuring a seamless purchasing process for our customers. Your responsibilities will extend beyond selling new cars; you'll also handle protection products, negotiate fair trade-in prices, assist with financing, and prioritise relationship management and pipeline development for success. With a strong sales team and seasoned Team Leaders supporting you, you'll receive ample assistance throughout your journey.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with dealers to find the ideal car for customers.
- Respond to inquiries within a timely manner
- Ensure all parties have necessary information and updates.
- Evaluate and facilitate trade-in transactions.
- Secure optimal finance deals for customers.
- Utilise Salesforce for a seamless buying experience.
- Embrace a team-oriented approach for collective success.
- Previous experience in sales (online or phone-based sales is a plus)
- Written & verbal communication skills, demonstrated within a professional working environment
- Strong time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrable strong phone-based sales skills and techniques.
- Passion or an interest in the automotive industry
- A proven track record of creating exceptional customer experiences
