We are seeking Trade Qualified Carpenters to join our WA Talent Pool conducting Maintenance activities across Remote Village Accommodations WA-Wide. These positions will be FIFO from Perth Airport. Applicants looking to start across March & April 2024 are encouraged to apply.
THE POSITION
- Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works
- Constructs, erects, installs, and repairs structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard, conforming to local building codes
- Reactive maintenance and assisting other trades
- Prioritise and attend to urgent requests
- Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice.
- Report to Delta FM Operational Support
THE PERSON
- Hold an Australian Recognised Carpentry Trade Certificate III or equivalent
- Full C Class Drivers Licence
- White Card
- Able to provide a Police Check (within 12 months)
- CS, WAH, HRWL - EWP highly desirable
- Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
