We are seeking Trade Qualified Refrigeration Technicians/HVAC's to join our WA Talent Pool conducting Maintenance activities across Remote Village Accommodations WA-Wide. These positions will be FIFO from Perth Airport, 12 Hour Days, 11 hours Paid. Applicants looking to start in March 2024 are encouraged to apply.
THE POSITION
- Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works
- Fault finding, reactive maintenance and assisting other trades
- Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlines
- Prioritise and attend to urgent requests
- Provide mobile device workorders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments.
- Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice.
- Report to Delta FM Operational Support
THE PERSON
- Hold an Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
- Based in WA and able to depart from Perth Airport
- Minimum 3 years-experience in a similar role
- Full ARCTICK Licence & Restricted Electrical Licence
- Full C Class Drivers Licence, White Card & current Police Check
- Current CPR + LVR, WAH, CS, HRWL - EWP highly desirable
- Team player and able to work autonomously
