Are you looking for an exciting and varied role? This Accounting firm based in Glen Iris are looking for a driven Client Services Officer
The CompanyOur client is an accounting firm located near Glen Iris. Due to an internal promotion, they are looking for an experienced and driven Client Services Officer to join their team either full time or on a part time basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients, and will assist the broader accounting team.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Managing email correspondence
- Maintaining the client database such as updating client information
- Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients in regards to general enquiries
- Preparing letters and other documentation
- Scheduling meetings and ensuring the meeting rooms are available
- Stationary and consumable ordering
- Any other adhoc administrative tasks as required by the Accountants & Partners
- Ideally you will have 6-12 months experience in a similar role
- Warm, welcoming and friendly personality
- Genuine passion for administration in the accounting industry
- Tech savvy and able to pick up new systems
- Ongoing training and support
