Our client is proud to be 100% Australian owned with a rich history and supportive culture. With a head office based near Glen Waverley, they are now looking for 2 experienced Credit Officers to join their head office credit team.Reporting to the Group Credit Manager, you will be:
- Daily collections & allocations of customer payments
- Bank reconciliations of customer accounts
- Timely debt collection
- Negotiating payment plans
- Credit claims
- Closing A/R ledger
- Weekly Reports
- End of month reports & forecasts
- General data entry
- Email & Telephone Enquiries

What we are looking for
- Experience in credit collections
- Strong ability to build trust and resolve queries
- Demonstrated advanced computing skills, particularly the use of Excel
- High attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Strong commercial customer service approach
