About the roleSouth West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking an Administrative Support Officer (ASO) to provide a diverse range of end-to-end administrative services across all areas of the Planned Surgery team (Formally Elective Surgery Services). This may include, but not limited to incorporating referral management, waiting list data and reporting, auditing and appointment coordination while working closely with the clinical roles within the department.
The contribution of the broader Administrative Support team is critical to the smooth operation of the broader Nursing Services Directorate and its organisation functions.
Position overview
* Permanent fulltime (40 hours per week) with a monthly ADO
* Warrnambool Campus
* Administration Grade 1 Level 1
* Salary Range: $58,442.80 pro rata , plus superannuation
What you bring
The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining professional confidentiality and remaining customer focused at all times. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a variety of computer skills including: word processing, health information databases, internet and email. Proven experience across data entry. Knowledge of medical terminology will be highly regarded.
