We are currently searching for a SALES Consultant who is EXPERIENCED within the SOLAR INDUSTRY & DIRECT SALES .
The Ideal candidate will ;
- Successfully achieve a KPI of 1 Sale Per Day, Each Week.
- Be Responsible for Nurturing Client & Customer Relations.
- Be Knowledgeable , Confident , Motivated & Organized.
- Provide Customer service and Advice that exceeds the standard.
- Be eligible for weekly , daily , monthly and annual Bonuses .
- Overcome Objections from a sales and customer service standpoint and provide reasonable solutions to inquires .
- Be responsible for data entry and logging correct customer & site details.
- Work well within a team based well while still independently achieving individual goals
The candidate will also receive a Base wage for the first Month & Benefits + Commission + Bonuses depending their performance.
