Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Sales and Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our sales team and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth flow of information, follow-up on sales calls, and handling various administrative tasks. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our sales efforts and maintaining efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Follow up on sales calls and inquiries to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks that contribute to the overall functioning of the office.
  • Maintain flexibility to assist with various office duties as needed.
  • Float in the office and warehouse, helping to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, sales team, and other stakeholders.
  • Confidence and willingness to learn
  • Strong organisational abilities to manage follow-ups and administrative tasks.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or administrative roles is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanour.
