As a monitoring Representative, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a safe environment while delivering exceptional customer service. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing a high level of security and customer service.
- Monitoring assigned premises and controlling access.
- Responding to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance, offering necessary support.
- Assessing and addressing situations of risk promptly.
- Conducting access control procedures.
- Compiling incident reports and maintaining accurate data logs.
Rostered Hours
38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
