Description:
JC Ventilation Engineering is a HVAC company located in Yennora, NSW, who provides design and installation of ventilation systems including ducting, hoods and electrostatic filtration systems to industrial and commercial companies, private shop owners, architects and home builders.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Yennora office on a part-time/casual basis (1-2 days per week). Your attention to detail, ability to collaborate and communicate effectively is also essential to ensure success.
Responsibilities would include but not limit to
* Answering incoming calls and taking messages
* Answer email enquiries
* Create and send out invoices and purchase orders
* Keep the company director/manager up-to-date with any news updates
* General Office Cleaning
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Basic knowledge of MYOB, Microsoft Office and Accounting
* Intermediate computer skills
* Attention to detail, and ability to multitask
* Strong work ethic and commitment
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Salary: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour
