Description:
We are looking for a Claims Assistant in the Water Damage Restoration industry to join our growing team. We are based in Castle Hill. Great opportunity to join our team and develop your career. This is a temporary position for 6 months.
Duties include:
Responding to customer enquires
Answering calls from suppliers
Scheduling
Making phone calls
Report writing
Managing and handling claims
Customer service
Skills and Experience:
Good communication and time management skills
Customer Service
An eye for detail and being proactive
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong email etiquette
Experience in Google Workspace (including Sheets and Docs
Job Type: Casual
Salary: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week

- 8 hour shift
