Star Phones is an exclusively growing mobile phone accessories and repair business with over 35 stores based across Australia. Our company looks for people who can grow, think, and deliver in an environment with rapid growth and constant change. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Administration Assistant to join our team.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This position will have responsibility for the following:
- Assist with warehouse operations and other duties
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Receiving returned orders, inspecting.
- General warehouse duties and maintenance
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed unloading and receiving stock
- Maintain updated records of purchases products, delivery information and invoices.
- General HR administrative duties
- Write job applications, schedule interviews, prepare contracts of employment
- Be involved in training where needed
- Reference check potential new employees
- Conduct face to face interview for those perfect candidates
JOB REQUIREMNTS:
- Previous experience working as an Admin Officer/ HR Assistant
- An energetic, positive, flexible, can-do attitude (no job is too big or too small)
- Strong communication and work ethic
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
