Welcome to Papilio Early Learning Baulkham Hills! We are a beautiful 89 place centre, we pride ourselves in sustainability with vegetable gardens and worm farms. We have five classroom where educators have the chance to build long lasting connections and meaningful bonds with children. We are conveniently located near public transport and we have plenty of car spaces. We have amazing facilities and resources including STEAM section, Art areas, Tech station and Interactive learning hub and can't wait to have another educators to join our amazing team.
We have a rare opportunity for an empowering People Leader with a high-performing mindset to guide and support educators and families within the centre.
You will:
- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
About you:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Experience in a management or leadership role
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
- Available to work full-time Mon-Fri
