Located on Dharrawal land, we cater to educating 104 future stars daily across our open planned six indoor studios and three outdoor environments. Our experienced and dedicated teachers and educators pride themselves on providing a high quality of education and care to our future generations through our STEAM programs, play based learning experiences and intentional teaching. We have a rare opportunity for an empowering People Leader with a high-performing mindset to guide and support educators and families within the centre.
You will:
- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
About you:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Experience in a management or leadership role
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
