Our client is one of Australia's leading non-bank lenders who have assisted property professionals & SMEs for the last 12 years to fund property-backed transactions. They are an experienced team who know how to build long term relationships and make deals happen.
About the role:
This is a full time, permanent role reporting to the National Head of Sales. You will be joining the team in an outbound phone based role, with the aim to increase business to their database of mortgage and finance brokers. You will be generating new sales enquiries and setting up appointments for the BDMs
- Making outbound calls to mortgage brokers to set up appointments to discuss the portfolio of products
- Build engagement and initial rapport on behalf of BDM
- Working through exisiting B2B database whilst actively building referral database
- Support teams across business improvement strategies and efficiencies
- Accurate CRM management
Your skills & experience:
- Must have previous experience in a call centre/phone based role (financial services preferred)
- Flexibility and adaptability with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to problem solve
- Be self-driven and also follow instructions with the ability to work as part of a team
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding performance metrics
