We're currently expanding our team and are excited to welcome an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join us as a casual Admin and Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative at our office in Thirroul, Wollongong.
Responsibilities:
As an Admin and Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role, including:
- Handling inbound and outbound sales calls (no cold calling).
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships between service providers and their clients.
- Performing administrative tasks and maintaining records in our bespoke CRM system.
Skills & Experience:
- If studying, you must be at least in your 2nd year of university and plan to be studying in 2024 and ideally 2025.
- You may have a tertiary level degree or diploma.
- Professional experience in telesales, reception, travel, recruitment, or business PA roles.
- Knowledge of the Australian school syllabus and exposure to tutoring is a plus.
- Confident in handling diverse phone and email enquiries and issues.
- Previous experience in telesales and administration is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and motivation to excel in a small team.
- Proficient in computer skills and quick learner of new systems.
Training:
- Comprehensive product and sales skills training provided.
Position Details:
- Casual Role: Start ASAP, offering 2-3 days per week.
- Business Hours : 0800 – 1800, Monday to Friday.
