The role

This position provides administrative assistance for all functions of the Warden's Court and receives and processes applications for mining tenements, dealings, and other applications under the Mining Act 1978, various State Agreement Acts and other Acts relating to mineral tenure. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing information to external stakeholders in respect to the department's policies and procedures as required and maintain mineral title information system databases.

Your skills in maintaining title information systems databases and experience in providing administrative assistance for all functions of the Warden's Court in a timely manner will be the key to your success in this role.

While this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other similar vacancies (permanent, fixed-term, full-time or part-time) within the department for the next 12 months.
