Job Description : Boral Limited is seeking a Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.
This part-time position is perfect for a reliable and passionate individual with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
As an Associate Level Remote Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities : 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat2. Assist customers with account-related issues and provide solutions3.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met5.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement6. Use persuasion skills to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services7.
Provide remote support to customers who require technical assistance8. Track and report on customer interactions and resolutions9.
Foster transparency and open dialogue for effective communication at all levels10. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all timesRequirements : 1.
3+ years of experience in customer support or account management2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal3.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve quickly4. Persuasion skills to promote additional products or services5.
Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting6. Passionate about providing excellent customer service7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively8.
