About the Role
As the Property Manager, you'll be entrusted with overseeing a well-maintained portfolio conveniently located near the office. It presents an excellent opportunity for a Property Manager to join a reputable and growing team, whilst continuing to build and grow their own career.
The Duties

• Open inspections & private viewings - with assistance
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues & contractors
• Handling tribunal affairs
• Processing bonds & invoices
• Lease renewals & tenant selection
• PCRs and routine inspections
• Repairs and maintenance
• Rental arrears management

Skills & Experience

• Previous property management experience is essential
• Initiative and a passion for the industry
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• Must hold an up to date property management license for SA
• Property Tree experience ideal but not essential
• High level of care factor and customer service, along with highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
