About the Role
As the Property Manager, you'll be entrusted with overseeing a well-maintained portfolio conveniently located near the office. It presents an excellent opportunity for a Property Manager to join a reputable and growing team, whilst continuing to build and grow their own career.
The Duties
- Open inspections & private viewings - with assistance
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues & contractors
- Handling tribunal affairs
- Processing bonds & invoices
- Lease renewals & tenant selection
- PCRs and routine inspections
- Repairs and maintenance
- Rental arrears management
- Previous property management experience is essential
- Initiative and a passion for the industry
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Must hold an up to date property management license for SA
- Property Tree experience ideal but not essential
- High level of care factor and customer service, along with highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Enjoy regular staff events / awards
- Work vehicle, fuel card & phone
