About the Role
As Property Manager you will take over a well maintained, neat portfolio based in the beautiful south western suburbs of Adelaide supported by a skilled administration team. This is a full time, Mon-Fri role with the potential to WFH. A fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager to join a reputable and growing team.
The Duties
- Managing your own portfolio based in the south west suburbs with full support from an administration team
- Open inspections & private viewings
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues & contractors
- Lease renewals & tenant selection
- PCRs and routine inspections
- Repairs and maintenance
- Rental arrears management
- Previous property management experience is essential
- Initiative and a passion for the industry
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Must hold an up to date property management license for SA
- Property Me experience ideal but not essential
- High level of care factor and customer service, along with highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Potential to WFH
