Description:
We have an excellent opportunity for a Property Development Manager to join the Metcash team Located in Gepps Cross, South Australia. The Property Development Manager is responsible for providing proactive state strategic network investment and achieve long term sustainable growth within the Metcash and the independent network in line with National Property parameters.
What you’ll do
- Structure and negotiate retail property deals that optimise Metcash sales and Ebit
- Implement strategic network plans to identify, assess and secure new sites and store extensions in line with corporate objectives
- Work with our retailer partners, GM’s and Commercial Managers of pillars to deliver MSO strategic growth or consolidation plans
- Ensure Metcash customers are appropriately supported in the evaluation and procurement of new sites, leases and other property opportunities
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of database, new business submissions, competitor information, retail space & budget reports
