We are on the hunt for a polished, hands on and client focused Office Manager to be the face of our Sydney Head Office. In this role, you will ensure each of our staff, customers and guests have a wonderful experience each and every time.
In this role you will have ownership of our Front of House activities sharing a warm welcome to all and be involved in a range of office support and coordination activities, including:
  • Be the first point of contact for all incoming phone calls and enquiries providing them with accurate information
  • Provide a range of assistance and support to our Head Office Operations team
  • Coordinate a range of activities essential to the smooth running of our office, including supplier management, trades and support to host engaging events in our office
  • Support our teams in facilitating a smooth induction and onboarding process
  • Arrangement and management of our mail deliveries and courier management
  • Maintain essential registers and processes to protect the security and functioning of our office
  • Management of our meeting rooms and other staff facilities including our kitchen
  • Ability to take on the responsibilities of Fire Warden and First Aid Officer with full training provided
To be considered for this position, the successful candidate will have:
  • Some experience in the coordination of different office management or event activities
  • A willingness to learn, can do attitude and hands on approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team and also independently
  • A polished and well articulated customer service and communication skills
  • Solid PC skills and experience
While this is a part time opportunity, we are open to some flexibility in respect to working hours although respectfully due to the tasks involved, full office attendance is required. Additionally while previous experience in a customer facing role is preferred we are open to candidates who have relevant experience in other industries, for example hospitality who are looking to transition to a corporate office environment.
