What will you be doing in this role:
Working as a part of the Property Management department you will be responsible for assisting the team to manage a residential portfolio of 900 apartments and houses. Your responsibilities will include;
- Handling all ingoing inspections
- Outgoing inspections and prepare reports
- Assist with mid week and some Saturday leasing
- Issuing communication to tenants in arrears
- Schedule and carry out routine inspections
- Prepare inspection reports and issue to Landlords
- Handle tenant inquiry
- Ad hoc admin tasks as required
- A current Certificate of Registration
- 12 months in the real estate industry
- A valid drivers licence and reliable car
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills
- A passion for real estate
