The role
- Varying opportunities across corporate and government portfolios with additional options of complex physical or psychological portfolios
- Identifying, escalating, and managing complex or sensitive claims in accordance with NSW state legislation
- Providing valuable support and encouragement within your team
- Collaborate with technical advisors & injury specialists to take part in project work and develop claim strategies that will achieve best outcomes
About you
- Be an existing Senior Case Manager or be a Competent Case Manager who is ready for a step up in responsibilities
- Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships
- Have proven experience managing complex matters related to personal injury (Workers Compensation or CTP insurance)
- Be self driven and supportive to help drive team performance
