Manage projects end to end from scoping to embedding using QBE methodologies and processes. responsible for supporting QBE teams to deliver positive experiences for internal and external customers and support the recovery of a person injured in the workplace.

The opportunity

Work on in progress projects that deal with Managed Fund Claims providers and programs. A fantastic opportunity to develop your stakeholder management and project management skills.

Your new role

Our Customer Programs Specialist are working on a customer platform for Managed Fund Claims. As you step into this role, you will have the opportunity to continue the projects at varying stages to ensure we continue to our success. With your passion for stakeholder engagement, workers compensation and innovation, you will ensure that all relevant stakeholders feel involved in the project delivery.

Your role will include:

  • Monitoring and guiding project delivery through continuous communication and reporting
  • Manage any project risks and issues with the solutions based focus.
  • Prepare, collate and deliver stakeholder information packs to external providers.
  • Deliver internal communication presentations and training materials.
  • Manage relevant reporting, feedback and other formal communication as required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Manage program reporting for recovery support programs for internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop, lead, and execute innovation projects, programs, and initiatives to maximise social, health and commercial outcomes, achieve outperformance, and gain access to the NSW Scheme Innovation Bonus.

About you

With your unique understanding of workers compensation, you will be passionate about the customer partnerships and stakeholder management. To be successful in this role you will also bring:

  • Experience in project coordination or similar, with the foundational knowledge to understand the project lifecycle
  • A passion for presenting and communicating with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to story tell and present reporting to colleagues and providers.
  • Highly organised approach to work with the ability to manage competing timelines and follow up on work.
  • An enthusiastic and self-managing attitude
  • Timely, efficient, and highly organised with ability to work to deadlines
  • Stakeholder engagement skills and customer focused approach
