Full Time: 40 hours (Mon – Fri)
Salary starting at $80,000-$90,000 depending on experience. Plus Superannuation.

Position Purpose
The Operations Manager will be key player in managing the organization’s day to day processes and driving business opportunities. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of perspective, professionalism and confidentiality. The position is trusted by the organisation to be able to successfully manage as needed.
The Operations Manager will be required to help solve problems to maintain client satisfaction, track all sales and identify new opportunities for the business. The position will be a key connector and drive synergies between the internal teams and the goals of the business. The Operations Manager must have a passion for providing a high level of services to our clients and be able to leverage the strengths and dynamics of the organisation.
Position Description
Main responsibilities include the following:
§ Business developmen t, identify and lead new business from start to end. Including initial outreach to prospects and follow through to contracting and delivery of services. Coordinating external stakeholder with internal rostering and accounts departments.
§ Tracking and reporting on business performance , to identify the gaps in the business and provide solutions for more efficient and profitable operations.
§ Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature. Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect the organisational policy.
§ Work with all departments of the business to coordinate the business goals. Ensuring teams are working efficiently, identify areas of improvement and implement processes.
§ Coordinating internally staffing. Have a comprehensive overview of staff members strengths and counsel on areas of improvement. Coordinate interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for new starters, as well as day to day management of staffing.
§ Adapting to step into all roles in the business when needed, including rostering, accounts, administration, training, and management.
§ Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitates the ability to effectively lead the organisation , including leading special projects, designing and producing complex documents, reports and presentations, collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and external staff, composing and preparing correspondence, maintaining contact lists, and making meeting arrangements.

§ Excellent judgement is essential.

Salary: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
