We are looking for passionate and experienced Educators of different qualifications such as ECT's, Certificate 3's & Doploma qualified or working toward, who align with our philosophies and are able to provide engaging educational programs for the children.
These positions are for energised, passionate educators who aim to deliver high-quality and inclusive learning programs using contemporary teaching theories, strategies and styles, knowledge of child development and alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
Whilst ensuring the requirements are being met, you will have the benefit of working with an EDUCATIONAL LEADER to implement your own learning ideas and showcase your skills to make a difference for our respected families.
Our beautiful heritage building, which used to be the “KINGS THEATRE” in the early 1900s, boasts 6 classrooms, each classroom with indoor and outdoor open spaces, providing a fun, loving and nurturing environment, large staffroom and staff showers.
Our centre is in a residential area near Clovelly beach! We provide shower facilities for our Team who might like to swim before/after work, or at lunchtime.
Our centre is open between 7am-6pm. Our Art Décor theme throughout the building creates a warm welcoming atmosphere as you walk through all our amazing spaces. We pride ourselves in delivering a professional service that helps the little minds of our future develop and grow into beautiful little human beings with self confidence and pride.

About the Role
Work as a team to support children’s learning and development outcomes in the your classroom, with the following imperative areas to focus on:
- Design and implement engaging learning programs using knowledge of content, curriculum, children’s needs, assessment and documenting requirements;
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan, evaluate and enhance learning outcomes for children;
- Develop engaging and inclusive learning environments that reflect the strengths, interests and needs of all children;
- Develop, select and use a range of informal, formal, diagnostic, formative and summative assessment strategies to assess children’s learning and maintain high quality pedagogical documentation;
- Establish and maintain respectful collaborative partnerships with families to assess and support children’s learning and wellbeing;
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members;
- Contribute to a professional and positive work culture;
Skills and Requirements
- Available Full time 5 days a week;
- MUST have minimum 1 year EXPERIENCE;
- Good sound knowledge of EYLF and Programming essential;
- Current Working with Children Check;
- Updated First Aid Cert HLTAID004 & updated CPR (preferable but not essential);

Salary: $55,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
