Our ideal candidate will meet the following selection criteria:
- Be inclusive of others and bring a positive attitude every day
- Motivation to build and foster positive relationships and meaningful connections with fellow Early Childhood Educators, families, children, and the wider community
- Have a passion for the RIE approach
- Be open to our unique way of programming and practice and ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
- Be relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children
- Be a dedicated professional who enjoys Early Childhood Education and Care programs.
Essential Criteria:
- An ACECQA approved minimum Certificate III or Diploma of Children's Services (or working towards)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates (or willing to obtain)
- Valid NSW Working with Children Check.
Rise Early Learning is a privately-owned and operated Early Childhood Education and Care service catering for children from birth to six years.
