A new permanent position has been created within the Sales Department. This role has a high level of customer focus. Your passion to talk to customers, have an eye for detail and be meticulous about follow through will be essential. Having experience with end-to-end sales order processing and have an ability and enthusiasm to learn how to sell technical fire systems products.
The successful candidate will be working under the guidance of our Sales Supervisor and be independently talking to customers and assist with quoting products to customers in a timely manner.

Working at FSP
Your key responsibilities will include:
- To handle and action enquiries from clients regarding our products through multiple channels daily.
- Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, you will be providing administrative support across the sales process.
This involves:
- Maintaining and updating sales enquiries into our CRM system
- Providing quotations and generating invoices
- Dealing with customer queries or requests
- Receiving and processing of customer purchase orders
- Dealing with all aspects of freight management
- Managing and reporting on stock availability, pricing, and delivery
- Ensuring meticulous record keeping
- Performing administrative duties as required across the business and working collaboratively with other teams or colleagues to deliver quality customer service
- Continually improving processes and embedding best practice administration within the business
- Foster and maintain our brand image by applying our standard communication protocol across all communication channels
What will make you a good fit for the role?
- Sales experience and a willingness to study and learn about the fire systems products we sell
- Experience in working in a fast-paced sales environment and ability to work independently without constant close supervision
- Experience in a similar role such as sales and administration, purchasing, customer service
- Having had experience in dealing with invoicing, quotes, freight, order processing and record keeping
- Eagerness to learn the technical components of our industry
- Enjoy working with customers
- Having a team-focused attitude to get the job done
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in business correspondence and ethics
