Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. The successful candidate will possess quick learning abilities to acquire thorough product knowledge, enabling them to effectively assist the sales team and customers directly.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and provide product information.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Process in-store or online sale transactions
- Coordinate shipping and delivery
- Maintain showroom aesthetic and stock
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Quick learner with a passion for acquiring product knowledge.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
