What we are looking for!We are in search of a passionate Head Chef who can craft exceptional culinary experiences and oversee our client’s kitchen operations. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for designing and planning exquisite dishes and menus, ensuring superior food quality, and providing inspirational leadership to our culinary team. With wedding and event venues across Victoria, each day will present exciting new challenges and opportunities.

- Utilize your business acumen and budgeting skills to control food and labour costs effectively.
- Handle costed rostering and ordering efficiently to streamline operations.
- Ensure exceptional time management during preparation and service periods.
- Certificate IV in Chef Qualifications as a minimum.
- Demonstrated 2-5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a similar quality venue.
- Strong leadership skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in food safety programs and documentation.
- Experience with costed rostering and ordering for optimal resource management.
- Exceptional time management skills during preparation and service.
