Description:
We are a 29 place purpose built child care centre and we require a full-time Diploma or Certificate 3 Educator to assist in the high provision of quality care within our centre. This role requires the educator to provide an educational environment that meets the needs of the children and reflects the EYLF. This person will be a team player who loves working with children and has an enthusiastic approach to work.
In this role you will be responsible for liaising with parents, programming, follow Regulation Requirements and be an active staff member assisting with the QIP. You will be a motivated educator who will inspire both the children and staff at our centre. You will be a team player with strong communication skills, be organised, as well as having a caring and professional approach to your work. The educator must have a minimum of a recognised Child Care Certificate 3, and two years of full-time experience working in a child care centre. Ideally you will have a similar role however people seeking a leadership opportunities are encouraged to apply. You must also be able to work any 8 hour shift within our opening hours of Monday to Friday 6:30am to 6:00pm.
Please note Kindy Kollege is located on the Central Coast.
The service closes for 2 weeks over Christmas to allow all staff to have annual leave.
