The Allianz Enterprise Change team is growing in response to significant investment in the business and is looking for multiple experienced Change Managers (on a 12 Month Max Term contract) to support our enterprise transformation. The core objective of these roles is to develop and implement enduring change management strategies within programs or specific initiatives, while fostering collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure uniformity and proficiency in the application of Allianz's change management methodology.
You'll be responsible for
  • Performing change analysis, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, and gap analysis, to ensure thorough planning of change initiatives.
  • Leading or contribute to the formulation of a change management strategy and approach, informed by the completed change analysis.
  • Identifying and addressing potential people-related risks and areas of resistance, devising specific plans to mitigate concerns.
  • Developing actionable and focused change management plans, such as change leadership, communication, and education/training plans.
  • Conducting readiness assessments to prepare employees for the transition to new work practices.
  • Applying the AAL change management approach and methodology throughout the process.

About you
  • Demonstrated change management experience within a complex/large corporate environment.
  • Extensive experience in overseeing large-scale and intricate change programs and projects within an enterprise setting.
  • Experience with managing technology/system implementation projects is essential.
  • Certification or demonstrated competency in application of at least one formal change methodology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
  • Collaborative working style and ability to build trust with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
  • Possesses a keen attention to detail, completing tasks thoroughly and accurately, and swiftly identifying errors or inconsistencies within information.
