Exciting opportunity for an Organisational Change Manager to join a not-for-profit organisation!

You will lead the development and delivery of change initiatives within the organisation ensuring a successful implementation of the organisation's overall Strategic Plan whilst building organisational change capability and discipline.

Key accountabilities

  • Develop and implement change management approaches to support Strategic Plan initiatives and projects, utilising expertise, external insights and understanding of organisational needs.
  • Conduct impact assessments to understand the implications of proposed changes.
  • Define change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Map key stakeholders and create engagement plans to understand their perspectives and needs and gain their buy-in and involvement.
  • Develop and deliver effective change communications to ensure clarity, transparency, and understanding of change objectives and impacts.
  • Coordinate and facilitate change related activities, workshops, and training sessions to build change readiness and capability and overcome resistance.
  • Liaise with project teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assess the organisation's readiness for change and develop approaches to build awareness,openness, and readiness.
  • Monitor and measure change adoption and identify barriers or resistance and implement actions to address.
  • Develop and implement change evaluation measures and metrics to assess the effectiveness of change management efforts.
