We are currently hiring a full-time Personal Assistant. We are a fashion wholesale company located in Surry Hills, with business operations including property leasing and development.
Working Hours: 9 am - 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
Location: Mainly in Surry Hills
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
- Demonstrates a serious and proactive work attitude, sincerity, and ability to effectively cooperate with the team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must possess an Australian driver's license.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting and executing the manager's work arrangements, aiding in business development plans.
- Translating from Chinese to English.
- Managing the manager's schedule.
- Communicating with partners via phone, email, and other channels.
