We are expanding our team and seeking a Customer Service Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients, with the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site.

The Role: The Customer Service Specialist will be an integral part of our team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of flexibility with the option to work from home, and the collaboration that comes from regular on-site interactions with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in our CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with logistics and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Occasionally travel to the office for team meetings, training sessions, and company events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role; experience in logistics or transportation is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Flexibility to work both remotely and on-site as required.
