Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join our team and support our employees in various HR-related matters. The HR Advisor will play a key role in providing guidance and assistance to both employees and management, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR function within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

- Provide advise and support to employees and management on HR policies, procedures and best practices.

- Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

- Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating orientation sessions.

- Manage employee documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

- Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, training and development programs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

- Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

- Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related needs and concerns.

- Provide support with HR administration tasks, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

-5 years experience in HR roles, preferably in a small business environment

- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.

- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in collaborative, broadly diverse environment.

- Experience with MYOB preferred, but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Salary: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
