The Role
Truck Centre WA, are currently recruiting for an experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, Dual Trade Auto Electrician/Heavy or Light vehicle Mechanic or Pre Delivery Mechanic to join our New Truck Preparation Workshop located at Guildford. This role will be responsible for completing pre-delivery repairs and fit up work on our new and used vehicles prior to being delivered to our customers.
As TCWA pride ourselves in providing a quality product to our customers, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the highest levels of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure all work is completed right the first time.
About You
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Relevant Heavy Diesel or Light Vehicle trade certificate (essential)
- Current HR Licence
- Experience in a heavy road transport service and repair environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to communicate identified defects
- High level of accuracy
- High Level of Computer Literacy
- Self-Motivation and the Ability to Work Autonomously
- Proven track record of quality workmanship
- A great can-do attitude
- Experience with Mack, UD and/or Volvo Product is highly desirable
