1. Responsible for collecting Australia lighting market information.2. Finding and developing local customer in Australia.

3. Keep abreast of development trends in lighting industry specially in LED lighting business.4. Grasp the preferences and needs of customers.

5. Effectively introduce the company's products to Australia customer.6. Improve the local sales of the company's product and help the company to develop Australia market.

We will offer a salary of $70k - $90k plus superannuation with an aggressive commission scheme, an empowered working style and a growth plan that will present some phenomenal opportunities for the right people.

Specifically, the core accountabilities include : Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companiesHeadhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidatesCompleting a search of the candidate database to find the right person for the employer’s vacancyReceiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidatesBriefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in questionNegotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidatesOffering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progressionReviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.

About youYou must have at least 2 years industry / relevant experience, who can demonstrate a proven track record recruiting within the construction and / or property sectors.

You will be able and willing to engage with a portfolio of clients and strive to surpass their expectations through displaying resilience and tenaciousness.

You should be able demonstrate how you have excelled in aspects of your life; it might be education, sport, philanthropic, or work.
