This popular discount and variety business is looking for a Store Manager with a proven track record in a high volume and fast-paced environment to join their team in Port Augusta. They are seeking a manager with exceptional operational prowess and a dynamic leader who will lead their team from the front.
As the Store Manager you will be held accountable to every aspect of the day-to-day running of the business, including driving and achieving sales targets, overseeing the training and development of the team, driving customer service and creating an unforgettable in-store experience, as well as managing the stores operational and stock needs through effective delegation with your team.
The Talents needed to Succeed:
* A proven ability to lead and inspire your team
* High-level people and communication skills
* Knowledge of how to create a customer experience
* Proven track record of strong sales and KPIs in a large retail environment
* Understanding of P&L, including GP management, shrinkage and wage control
* Across recruitment, HR and performance management
* Strong VM, volume stock and time management skills
* Ability to be a coach and mentor
* Drive to lead a successful store
