ABOUT THE ROLE: Full time physiotherapist in Aged Care

Summary of the role: Our growing and proactive team are looking for a full time physiotherapist who is resident focused and engaged in working in the busy aged care environment.

  • Full time or part time roles available
  • Located at location reporting to the Service Manager
  • Responsible for analysing data, identifying improvements and maintaining the quality management activities and systems in accordance with Mercy Health’s Aged Care policies and procedures.
  • Ensure quality documentation is maintained according to standard and support organisational readiness for external accreditation processes
  • Champion and encourage our people to continuously review and improve work practices

ABOUT YOU:

  • Demonstrated skills and experience with implementing quality management systems
  • Strong understanding of compliance and quality improvement
  • Ability to influence and encourage staff to adopt a quality improvement culture while operating in a team environment
  • Possess superior communication skills and the ability to undertake quality audits to identify weaknesses and strengths
  • Dedicated to enriching the lives of our residents and take reasonable care to protect fellow staff in the workplace
  • Appropriate Bachelor Degree or Higher qualifications, along with unrestricted AHPRA registration
