The Role:
This is your opportunity to join a robust property management division, taking charge of a well-managed and maintained portfolio, Monday to Friday. With a locally based portfolio and excellent support from a leasing consultant, property manager, and accounts team, your responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with both landlords and tenants
• Managing repairs and maintenance
• Arrears control
• Completing ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
• Conducting regular rent and lease reviews
• Preparing claims for rental bonds and attending NCAT hearings when required
• Managing a leasing consultant

The Candidate:

• Previous senior property management experience
• Current Certificate of Registration and Driver’s License
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Strong team player willing to offer support when needed
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
