Step into the heart of our Data Operations team, where we drive the seamless management of Data and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms across our expansive corporate systems. Our team's mission is to oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring smooth functionality and optimal performance within our complex, large-scale ecosystem. What You'll Do

As a Data Operations Engineer, you'll take charge of the operational and maintenance aspects of enterprise AWS Hosted Data-warehouse (Teradata and Redshift). Your hands-on approach will extend to supporting legacy and new Data-warehouse (Databricks), as well as leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as our AWS cloud platform and other innovative tools for Data and BI (Tableau/PowerBI). Within our on-call centre of excellence, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality, stability, and reliability of the data consumed by Tabcorp. Your efforts will ensure that our data and intelligence meet the highest standards and adhere to global best practices.

What You'll Bring

You'll come equipped with hands-on experience in a variety of areas, including:

  • Teradata/Redshift and Databricks (Preferred)
  • BI/ Reporting Tools - Tableau/PowerBI (Preferred)
  • Expertise in one of the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools
  • AWS and Python, Lambdas
  • Exposure to Cloud service management systems (e.g ServiceNow)
  • Data management, ETL processes, batch loading, and SQL expertise
