About the role

WesTrac is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team located at our Tamworth Branch. Reporting to the Branch Manager, our Service Administrator is responsible for ensuring compliance of policies and procedures, document management, coordinating fleet administration, procurement, and customer service support to ensure the smooth flow of work and operations.

This position is a permanent full-time opportunity, working 40 hours per week Monday – Friday.


Key Responsibilities

  • Organising PPE requirements
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Time capture reporting
  • Maintain team member training records and book training and inductions as required
  • Process invoices and assist with data entry for work orders
  • General administration duties

Skills & Experience

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous experience in a similar industry (Preferred but not essential).
  • Advanced computer literacy skills – MS Office and relevant internet-based applications
  • Proven time management skills and experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills – Interpersonal, written and verbal
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience in SAP is highly regarded
