The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of an organisation dedicated to leading Australia's clean energy transition, building the energy super-highways and enabling nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.

In your new role as the Program Coordinator you will provide professional project coordination to the Corporate Affairs team. Ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of multiple projects across Corporate Affairs. You will be responsible for representing the Community and Policy business unit with the development and rollout of the new intranet program. The role will report to the Program Advisor and coordinate various aspects of communication elements of the new software, quality control of documents transferred, necessary rebranding.

The position is responsible for liaising with multiple stakeholders across the business, implementing new processes and systems in line with the governance and strategy of the new Intranet.

Duties and Responsibilities

As the Program Coordinator you will:

  • Be the principle liaison between Senior and mid-level internal stakeholders to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines. Responsible for ensuring the new strategy and governance is understood and adhered to.
  • Assist the project advisor and project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans.
  • Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents.
  • Be the liaison between the project team and internal stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
  • Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports.
  • Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.
  • Manage and track any old documents that need rebranding and work with external vendors to transition to new brand.

Skills & Experience

  • Qualifications and demonstrated experience in project coordination or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Experienced in researching and offering evidence based solutions and suggesting process improvements.
  • Experienced in implementing new processes and communicating this change to various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience with monitoring and tracking of budgets, forecasting and vendor management.
  • Demonstrated ability in oral and written communications; and communicating complex ideas through clear and effective messages.
  • Well organised and skilled in working within a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to drive new ideas and initiatives forward.
